Assistant Manager – Real Estate Sales **Employment Type:** Full time **Location:** Western Mumbai **Experience:** 2–3 Years **Industry:** Residential Real Estate ## About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Assistant Manager – Real Estate Sales** to support the Business Head in managing residential real estate sales operations across Western Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in residential property sales, client handling, site visits, negotiations, CRM management, and sales coordination. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, building customer relationships, driving conversions, and coordinating with developers, builders, and channel partners. ## Key Responsibilities * Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and investment objectives to recommend suitable residential projects. * Independently manage clients throughout the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification and follow-ups to site visits, negotiations, booking, and closure.
