Primary Teacher (English) -Class Teacher of Grade 4 Section – A – JD

Purpose of the Role:

The core mandate of this role is to enhance foundational education through the strategic integration of structured play, immersive learning experiences, and pedagogically sound methodologies tailored to developmental milestones. These approaches are meticulously designed to nurture cognitive acuity, social adeptness, emotional intelligence, and both fine and gross motor proficiencies, thereby establishing a comprehensive framework for lifelong intellectual and personal growth.

KRA & KPA:

1. Student Learning & Academic Progress

KPI: Ensure minimum 85% of students meet or exceed grade-level learning objectives in core subjects.

KPI: Achieve at least 90% syllabus completion within the academic year.

2. Classroom Engagement & Learning Environment

KPI: Maintain at least 90% student participation in interactive and group activities.

KPI: Ensure zero safety incidents and maintain a structured, inclusive classroom setting.

Student Assessment & Individual Support

KPI: Conduct 100% planned student assessments (formative and summative) as per the academic calendar.

KPI: Provide individualized remedial support for at least 80% of students identified as needing extra help.

4. Parent Communication & Engagement

KPI: Conduct at least 4 structured PTMs annually with 100% student coverage.

KPI: Achieve a minimum parent satisfaction score of 8/10 based on feedback surveys.

5. Co-Curricular & Holistic Development

KPI: Ensure at least 80% student participation in co-curricular activities such as arts, sports, and cultural programs.

KPI: Ensure 100% implementation of planned creative and play-based learning activities.
