Role & responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the nursing department to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards.
- Supervise nursing staff, conduct training, and ensure career development.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospital administration, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor patient care services, maintain records, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Handle staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation effectively.
- Promote a culture of compassion, safety, and excellence in patient care.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in NABH-accredited hospital preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
