Position: Plant Head - Manufacturing

Location: NH -44, Srinagar Kanyakumari Highway, Manoharabad, Medak, Telangana 502336 (18 KM From Medchal, Hyderabad)

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's

Experience: 8 – 10 years of experience in Copper / Steel / Iron / Aluminum manufacturing

Salary: ₹8 LPA – ₹10 LPA (Negotiable based on current CTC)

*Job Description:*

Manage and oversee end-to-end plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, stores, and dispatch.

Plan and achieve daily, monthly, and annual production targets.

Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, and other resources.

Monitor production efficiency, productivity, downtime, rejection, and overall plant performance.

Lead and motivate production and support teams to achieve operational objectives.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize machine breakdowns and production downtime.

Implement process improvements, lean manufacturing, and cost-reduction initiatives.





Monitor raw material consumption and reduce wastage and operational losses.

Coordinate with purchase, stores, sales, and management teams for smooth plant operations.

Prepare and review MIS reports related to production, productivity, manpower, quality, and costs.

Identify operational challenges and take timely corrective and preventive actions.

Maintain a safe, disciplined, and productive work workplace.

Handle manpower planning, performance management, training, and workforce discipline.

Ensure proper housekeeping and implementation of 5S across the plant.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
