Role Summary

The Business Support Analyst Data & Sales Coordination will be responsible for supporting business operations through accurate data management, reporting, client coordination, order tracking, production follow-up, and sales support. The role requires robust proficiency in MS Excel, attention to detail, effective coordination with internal teams, and regular interaction with clients.

The ideal candidate should be analytical, organized, proactive, and comfortable working across Sales, PPIC, Production, Prepress, and Client Servicing functions.

Key Responsibilities

A. Business Coordination & Client Servicing
- Monitor the sales pipeline and available business orders and support regular sales forecasting and reviews.
- Track client orders and coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely servicing.
- Share regular updates with clients regarding order status and pending requirements.
- Send the weekly Pending PO Status to clients every Tuesday and Thursday.




- Coordinate with the PPIC and Production teams to obtain and communicate the latest job status of client orders.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending orders, POs, and client requirements.
- Maintain professional and responsive communication with clients.

B. ERP, Data Entry & Operational Support
- Perform accurate and timely ERP data entry and operational activities.
- Maintain business, order, production, and client-related data in ERP and other internal systems.
- Use MS Excel to maintain, analyse, and generate reports related to production and client orders.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational data and reports.
- Prepare regular MIS and business reports for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect, validate, and consolidate required data.

C. Prepress & Production Coordination
- Coordinate with the Prepress team for layout-related requirements and job execution.
- Support layout preparation and coordination as required.
