Key Responsibilities:

-Coordinate Architectural, Structural, MEPF, Landscape, Interior, and other consultants.

-Prepare GFC and review plans, elevations, sections, detailed drawings, working drawings, and architectural details.

-Review drawings, technical documents, specifications, and consultant deliverables.

-Monitor design progress and ensure timely submissions as per project schedules.

-Identify and resolve design conflicts and technical issues.

-Ensure compliance with building codes, statutory requirements, and project standards.

-Conduct design coordination meetings and track decisions and action items.

-Coordinate design revisions based on client feedback, site conditions, and execution requirements.

-Review shop drawings, material submissions,



mock-ups, and technical details.

-Support BOQ, tender documentation, and technical evaluations.

-Provide design clarifications and technical support to site execution teams.

-Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project correspondence.

-Ensure quality and coordination standards throughout the design and execution process.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
