Desired profile of the candidate
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Analysis, Business Analysis, ERP Consulting or similar product-focused roles.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing or managing Education ERP Education Management Systems, with strong understanding of education-sector business processes.
- Strong experience in business requirement analysis, product discovery, functional specifications, user stories and solution design.




- Proven ability to work closely with technology, implementation and QA teams to translate business requirements into scalable product features.
- Strong client-facing and consulting experience, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent understanding of product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with ERPNext Frappe or other enterprise ERP platforms is highly preferred.
- Exposure to SaaS product development, AI/ML-powered features, analytics, dashboards and API integrations will be an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Education Technology or a related discipline.
