Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Manage the Company's financial planning & accounting procedures
- Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement
- Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities
- Plan and perform risk management duties
- Develop financial strategies that helps increase funds inflow
- Analyze and manage the organizations liabilities and investments
- Plan, implement and manage investment strategies
- Manage fundraising plans and capital structure
- Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable
- Supervise finance personnel such as controllers, financial advisors, Financial consultants and treasurers
- Manage and retain relationship with various vendors
- Prepare necessary daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
- Prepare and present forecasting reports




- Adhere to the law and companys policies

Desired profile of the candidate
- Previous working experience as CFO preferably in Real Estate
- Skilled certification (CA), MBA Finance. Similar relevant field and data analysis
- Excellent knowledge of company/corporate financial law
- Hands-on experience with financial management software
- Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities
- Working knowledge of how to raise capital outside traditional lines of credit
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions and investor relations
- Excellent time-management and organization skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Problem solver and critical thinker mindset
