Job Summary:

The Production Executive shall be responsible for production documentation, ERP (Spectrum) data entry, preparation of BMR/BPR, record management, coordination with Production, QA, Stores and other departments, and shall provide operational support during manpower shortages, urgent material dispatches, production requirements, and any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Data Entry

Enter daily production data accurately into the Spectrum ERP system.

Update production status and maintain system records.

Ensure timely completion of all production-related entries.

Verify accuracy before saving data.

2. Documentation Management

Prepare Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).

Prepare Batch Packaging Records (BPR).

Maintain production logs and registers.





Ensure all documents are complete before submission.

3. Error Checking & Verification

Review production entries for errors or missing information.

Coordinate with Production and QA teams to rectify discrepancies.

Ensure data consistency between physical records and ERP.

4. File & Record Management

Maintain proper filing of production documents.

Organize records for easy retrieval.

Archive completed documents as per company policy.

Ensure confidentiality of production records.

5. ERP (Spectrum Software) Management

Update production transactions in Spectrum.

Generate reports as required.

Coordinate with relevant departments for system corrections.

Maintain accurate ERP documentation.

6. Coordination

Coordinate with Production, QA, Stores, Planning, and Purchase.

Follow up on pending documentation.

Ensure smooth document flow between departments.

7. Compliance

Follow SOPs, GMP, ISO 13485, and c
