Role Overview
We are looking for an Optometry Trainer to deliver high-quality training in refraction, dispensing, and optical processes to Lenskart's retail staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training on refraction, dispensing, and optical techniques.
- Use role plays and creative methods to improve learning effectiveness.
- Track trainee performance and provide timely feedback.
- Develop and update training content as per business needs.
- Visit stores for on-ground coaching, mock sessions, and skill assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Optometry (mandatory).
- 2–3 years of training experience; retail/optical background preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for store training.
