Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage 23 engineering teams and coordinate day-to-day activities.
- Perform and oversee engineering detailing, checking, and quality review.
- Interact directly with global clients to understand requirements and resolve technical queries.
- Coordinate and arrange required project inputs, drawings, specifications, and technical information.
- Support project planning, resource allocation, estimation, and scheduling.
- Monitor project progress, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate across teams and ensure smooth execution from project initiation to completion.
- Identify project risks/issues and drive timely resolution.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and career development.
