- Manage and update customer information using CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate records of interactions and sales pipeline status




- Utilize sales automation technologies to streamline outreach efforts, track progress, and improve overall sales productivity
- Negotiate terms with clients effectively, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements that close deals efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service during all client interactions, maintaining professionalism and clarity in communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of current clients and ongoing support for existing accounts

Experience
- Proven experience in technology sales or B2B (business-to-business) sales environments, preferably within a call center or inside sales setting
- Strong background in CRM system proficiency, especially Salesforce or similar platforms, with a focus on sales pipeline management
