Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage accounts finalisation, bank reconciliation, GST compliance, and TDS returns for the organization.
- Oversee team members' workload distribution to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and implement effective accounting processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to finances.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain a high level of accuracy in all financial transactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in accountancy, auditing, or a related field.
- M.Com degree from a recognized university (Any Specialization).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; knowledge of ERP systems an added advantage.
