Job description:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 5 to 10 years of experience in HFM implementation or support.
- Deep understanding of HFM's architecture, features, and metadata management.
- Proficiency in writing, debugging, and optimizing HFM calculation rules.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
- Hands-on experience with tools like FDMEE, ODI, or similar.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data management and troubleshooting.
- Experience with HFM, Essbase, Smart View, and Hyperion Financial Reporting (HFR).
- Knowledge of Essbase (ASO/BSO), MaxL scripting, and performance tuning.
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
- System Support & Maintenance: Provide daily support for HFM, ensuring high availability and performance, handling data loads, metadata updates, and system health checks.
- Financial Consolidation & Reporting: Support finance teams with budgeting, forecasting, consolidation,



and reporting processes, including managing HFM rules and ensuring data integrity.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve HFM-related issues, such as data integrity problems, process failures, and user access issues.
- Integration & Data Management: Manage FDMEE (or other data management tools) integrations with source systems (like ERPs) and maintain hierarchies in Data Relationship Management (DRM).
- Reporting & User Support: Design and maintain financial reports using HFM, along with supporting users with Smart View for data retrieval and analysis.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, test plans, support logs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Application Enhancements: Assist with minor enhancements and the application of patches to the HFM setting
