Role:

Responsible for day-to-day execution and coordination of a ground-mount solar EPC project, ensuring civil construction activities are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and as per approved drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise and monitor civil, structural, electrical and mechanical site activities.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants and client representatives.

Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and method statements.

Monitor progress against the project schedule and identify/resolve site issues.

Coordinate all EPC project civil works like land development, fencing, road works, drainage, pile foundations, cable trenching and HT/LT transmission line construction.





Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC, HSE and project standards.

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, material requirements and manpower plans.

Coordinate testing and commissioning activities and support project handover/documentation.

Ensure proper material reconciliation, minimize wastage and maintain site records.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 7-8 years of experience in ground-mount solar EPC/project execution, preferably in MW-scale projects

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
