We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader in Pune
If you have 2+ years of Team Leader experience, strong knowledge of GDS systems like Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo, and enjoy leading teams in a fast-paced travel environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and manage a team in a 247 travel operations workplace
- Drive team performance, productivity, quality and SLA adherence
- Handle escalations and support the team with complex customer/travel queries
- Coach and develop team members to improve performance
- Work with GDS platforms and travel booking processes
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of documented Team Leader experience
- Hands-on experience with GDS – Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo
- Experience in travel/airline reservations and ticketing
- Comfortable working in 247 rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
- Willingness to work from office
