Role Description
This is a full time hybrid role for a Social Media Marketing Executive, based in Gurugram with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content, and managing day-to-day account activity. The Social Media Marketing Executive will monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and support broader digital marketing initiatives. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams and clients, staying updated on trends, and ensuring brand consistency in all online communication.





Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with experience managing brand pages or campaigns.
- Experience in designing content and creative tools.
- Expertise in AI video tools and making videos .
- Proficiency in Canva and other designing tools.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing, including understanding of campaign planning, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting on KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
