Role Overview

The Channel Partner (CP) Head will be responsible for driving sales performance through the channel partner network in the Pune region. The role demands strong leadership, strategic networking, and execution capabilities to achieve ambitious sales targets and enhance Casagrands market presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Channel Partner acquisition and engagement strategy for Pune.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with high-performing CPs, brokers, and real estate agents.
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective CP activation and performance management.
- Organize CP meets, training sessions, and reward programs to enhance engagement and loyalty.




- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, CRM, and Project teams to ensure seamless sales execution.
- Manage a team of Channel Partner Executives / Managers and ensure productivity and accountability.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the management team.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, brand representation, and ethical business practices.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years in the real estate industry, with at least 10 years in the Channel Partner segment.
- Industry Preference: Candidates from reputed real estate developers with a robust network in the Pune region.
