Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Engineer to take ownership of engineering delivery, technical architecture, code quality, and team leadership. You will work closely with the Founders and Product team to build scalable, secure, and reliable products.

Key Responsibilities
- Own sprint planning, task breakdown, estimation, prioritization, and release delivery.
- Lead technical architecture and engineering decisions across Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Review code,



enforce coding and testing standards, and maintain engineering quality.
- Develop complex features, resolve technical challenges, and troubleshoot critical production issues.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
- Identify technical risks, blockers, and performance issues and drive timely solutions.
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive client, therapy, and payroll data in line with DPDP and security best practices.
- Own system reliability, monitoring, incident response, and critical workflows including booking, notifications, payroll, and video sessions.
- Participate in technical hiring and help build a strong engineering team.

Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
- Strong understanding of system design, APIs, databases, testing, CI/CD, and software architecture.
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers.
