This is a senior, client-facing development role within a specialist ERP implementation and consultancy environment.

You will design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for multiple client engagements.

The role combines hands-on AL development with implementation, customization, integrations, upgrades, and technical support.

You will work closely with consultants and project leads while building long-term relationships with clients and understanding their evolving business needs.

The position offers exposure to complex ERP projects, including clients in construction and other project-based industries.

You will operate as an embedded member of a team-oriented international team, contributing throughout the full implementation lifecycle.

Accountabilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain customizations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL.
- Contribute to end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirements analysis, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Business Central and third-party applications, APIs, and other business systems, including Power Platform solutions where applicable.
- Support upgrades and migrations from legacy Dynamics NAV environments to Business Central.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues raised by external clients, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
