Job Description

Lead and execute AI-native digital marketing strategies and high-impact campaigns to accelerate lead generation, drive pipeline growth, and build brand authority for AI and data transformation services among Fortune 500/ Fortune 1000 companies in the US market. This role is central to building an AI-first marketing function — the person in this role must be a practitioner and evangelist of AI-powered marketing, embedding AI tools and workflows across the entire team to drive efficiency, personalization, and measurable business impact at scale.

Responsibilities/Skills
- Developing and implementing AI-native digital marketing programs across all channels — web, ABM, email, marketing automation, social media, and paid advertising — leveraging AI tools to accelerate execution, improve targeting precision, and continuously optimize performance in line with brand and business priorities




- Leading AI-augmented content strategy and creation — using generative AI tools to produce compelling, on-brand content at scale that drives engagement across every stage of the B2B buying journey, while maintaining quality and brand voice consistency
- Owning organic social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, FB and other relevant platforms — building brand presence and thought leadership through consistent, high-quality content; leveraging AI tools to plan, draft, and schedule posts, track engagement, and identify trending topics and conversations relevant to the target audiences
- Drive AI-powered Account Based Marketing programs using intent data platforms (6sense, Demandbase) to identify in-market accounts, prioritize buying committees, and orchestrate hyper-personalized multi-channel campaigns tailored to key target accounts in the US market
