Role Summary:

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to drive business growth across the entire Amravati region of Maharashtra. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence by covering schools and institutions across Amravati and nearby areas.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with extensive field travel, client meetings, and territory management while contributing to the overall sales and business development goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cover the complete Amravati region for business development activities
- Visit and target schools, educational institutions, and potential clients within the assigned area
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through field visits, networking, and lead generation




- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering insights, recommendations, and product information
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, customer support, and product teams for smooth client servicing
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, meetings, and reports
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies for business growth
- Share market feedback and customer insights with management for continuous improvement
- Provide excellent post-sales support and resolve client concerns promptly

Qualification:
- Any Graduate with a Professional Degree / Business Administration / Marketing or related field
