Role Title: Program Manager / Sr. Program Manager

About this role

Veradigm India has a lot of transformation underway. AI-augmented capability hub building, integrated operations and operational excellence, talent development and culture building programs - each with its own stakeholders, timelines, and interdependencies. What we need is someone who can hold all of that together.

The role is the connective tissue across Veradigm Indias most important initiatives. You will partner with the key stakeholders, keep the assigned programs on track, surface risks before they become problems, and make sure the MD India has an accurate picture of where things stand.

This role carries real strategic weight. You will be the person who ensures that Veradigm Indias most key transformation programs do not just get started - they get finished, on time, to the standard we set, with measurable outcomes.



You will need to read situations accurately to inform and influence senior stakeholders. The right person for this role has key awareness of organizational culture, thrives in a fast-paced environment, persistent, and politically aware - someone who brings structure to complexity and credibility to every room they walk into.

In essence, this role will drive execution of one or more major programs (strategic project or a group of strategically aligned projects), ensuring that commitments are delivered on time, within scope, to budget, and to the required quality standards. Operating at the most senior level with customers and/or internal stakeholders; managing business changes and implementing business strategies to meet the goals and objectives of the organization and our clients
