About the Job:

We're looking for a product-savvy and client-focused qualified to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end client journey from onboarding and solutioning to account growth by helping customers maximize the value of the DeltaX platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll deliver tailored solutions, build trusted client relationships, and drive long-term customer success.

Key responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for clients post-onboarding
- Lead product demos, understand client requirements, and recommend the best platform solutions.
- Own client onboarding, implementation, training, and product adoption from kick off to go-live.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, driving retention, account growth, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Media, Creative, and Development teams to ensure timely client delivery.
- Maintain solution documentation, onboarding playbooks, product feedback, and implementation best practices.
- Escalate risks or blockers to leadership as needed





Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions, Onboarding, or Account Management within SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or product-based companies.
- Strong experience conducting product demos, translating business requirements into product solutions, and engaging with senior client stakeholders.
- Good understanding of platform configurations, integrations, APIs, digital marketing, campaign management, reporting, or financial operations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM, onboarding, reporting, or campaign management tools such as HubSpot, NetSuite, ClicData, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating onboarding playbooks or mentoring team members is an added advantage.
