Job Summary The Service Engineer is responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and after-sales service of Margo Industries' equipment at customer sites. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer handling abilities to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and machine uptime.
- Key Responsibilities Installation & Commissioning Install and commission pneumatic conveying and automation systems at customer sites.
- Perform machine trials and ensure smooth operation before project handover.




- Verify installation as per approved engineering drawings and standards.
- Service & Maintenance Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and automation-related faults.
- Rectify machine issues within committed response time.
- Perform machine inspections and recommend improvements.
- Technical Support Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
- Guide customers regarding machine operation and maintenance.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and Projects teams for technical resolutions.
- Documentation Prepare and submit service reports after every site visit.
- Maintain records of service activities, spare parts used, and customer feedback.
- Update daily travel and service reports to the reporting manager.
