JOB PURPOSE

To ensure reliable operation of plant machinery, Automation and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) through effective preventive/breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, spare management and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mechanical design study, equipment evaluation, modification and correction with hands-on experience.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical systems, pneumatic circuits, fixtures, jigs and customized parts.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of Automation and SPM machines.
- Basic PLC & HMI programming/troubleshooting.
- Breakdown analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementation of permanent corrective actions.
- Planning and execution of preventive maintenance and maintenance documentation.
- Spare parts planning, availability and inventory management.
- Knowledge of ISOTS / EMS audit systems and safety systems.
- Identify and implement power-saving,



cost-saving and quality-improvement initiatives.
- HVAC operation and maintenance knowledge will be an added advantage.
