Key Responsibilities
- Administer and provide operational support for PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingID across EIAM/CIAM environments.
- Monitor platform health, service availability, logs, alerts, and dashboards.
- Perform configuration changes, policy clean-up, upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and post-upgrade validation.
- Troubleshoot LDAP, replication, performance, caching, authentication, and application integration issues.
- Validate SP connections, authentication policies, adapters, and application flows.
- Automate client credential creation, Client ID/Secret provisioning, scope configuration, and deployment activities.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, Terraform, Ansible, and scripting.
- Enhance platform monitoring, logging, dashboards, and alerting.
- Support CIAM migration initiatives, including workplace preparation, deployment, testing, and defect resolution.
- Contribute to cloud deployments focused on performance, high availability, and cost optimization.




- Maintain operational runbooks, deployment documentation, health reports, and KT materials.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingID.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, LDAP, certificates, networking, authentication flows, and application integrations.
- Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, scripting, or equivalent automation tools.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools such as Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or Dynatrace.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, release management, and documentation skills.
