Must Have

10-15 years of experience in CRM/ERP/Salesforce platforms
Hands-on implementation of GenAI/AI solutions in production
Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle ERP
Robust knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering
Exposure to Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Copilot
Python, APIs, Integrations, and Enterprise Architecture experience

- Build and deploy AI-powered solutions across CRM/ERP platforms.
- Develop AI Assistants, Copilots, and Intelligent Automation solutions.
- Drive end-to-end AI transformation initiatives and business process optimization.
