Account Manager

Location: On-Site (Ahmedabad)

Department: Customer Success Operations

Reports To: Business Head - Sales Customer Success

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our existing clients.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities Account Management
- Manage and own assigned customer accounts
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Act as the primary contact for all client communication

Customer Success Retention
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and account health
- Conduct regular business review meetings
- Monitor service performance and address gaps proactively
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution

Revenue Growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Contribute to account expansion strategies




- Support retention and revenue growth initiatives

Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery
- Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated
- Track deliverables and service commitments

Reporting Documentation
- Maintain accurate CRM records and account updates
- Prepare account reports and performance insights

Skills Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Account Management / Customer Success
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
- Experience in IT Services, MSP, or Technology industry is preferred
