Account Manager – Staffing Services

We are looking for an experienced
Account Manager
to manage client relationships and coordinate with our recruiting and delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working with
service-based and system integrator clients.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain robust, professional client relationships.
- Understand client hiring needs, job requirements, timelines, and expectations.
- Communicate client requirements clearly to the recruiting and delivery teams.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely and qualified candidate submissions.
- Review & Screen resumes and candidate profiles before sending them to clients.
- Verify candidate skills, experience, availability, location, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
- Ensure submitted candidates match the client’s requirements.
- Customize and present candidate profiles professionally.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Collect and communicate interview feedback.




- Follow up with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Track job openings, candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM or applicant tracking system.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow existing accounts.

Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in account management, client services, staffing, recruiting, consulting, or a similar service-based industry.
- Experience working directly with clients and internal recruiting or delivery teams.
- Experience reviewing resumes and screening candidates against job requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, job openings, and deadlines.
