Position: HR Operations Manager

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
- Handle client relationships, understand manpower requirements, and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Manage payroll processing, attendance, salary-related activities, and employee records.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
- Develop new business opportunities and generate new clients/business leads.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for business expansion.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, recruitment trackers, and other required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable HR processes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
