Job Description – PMT Executive (Wellness Division)

Job Location: Chennai

The PMT Manager will lead the marketing and product management initiatives for the Wellness division, driving brand growth, market expansion, and innovative campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with robust analytical skills, creative vision, and proven experience in managing P&L; responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Strategy
- Design and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Propose and manage marketing budgets, ensuring adherence to financial limits.
- Re-establish company brands and achieve targeted 5X growth.

Creative & Campaign Management
- Partner with the creative team to develop briefs and guide direction for advertising, events, print, and video assets.
- Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
- Manage launch campaigns for new products and ensure impactful market entry.

Market & Sales Analysis
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and prepare forecasts.




- Review sales data and channel information to create actionable plans for product line improvement.
- Evaluate effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns, recommending optimizations.

Product Development & Management
- Collaborate with product development teams to manage new product pipelines.
- Build product messaging that differentiates offerings with unique selling points.
- Review MIS-provided product development patterns for strategic alignment.

Customer & Market Insights
- Gather and analyze customer insights to inform outreach strategies.
- Increase customer conversions and generate qualified leads.
- Research and evaluate new product opportunities based on demand and market needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate marketing strategies with sales, finance, PR, and production departments.
- Present ideas and deliverables to internal/external teams and senior management.
