Job Overview

As a
Technical Sales Engineer
, you will be responsible for driving business growth by combining
technical knowledge
,
sales strategy
, and
customer engagement
. You'll play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and closing deals — all while working closely with engineering, design, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and evaluate
customer technical requirements
from inquiries and drawings.
- Conduct
market research
, identify business opportunities,



and develop recent client relationships.
- Prepare
techno-commercial quotations
and submit tender documents.
- Present product solutions to customers and
close sales contracts
.
- Track and follow up on
sales leads
, quotations, tenders, and order statuses.
- Collaborate with the
design team
to clarify and resolve customer technical queries.
- Manage
order registration
, coordinate with the plant and update customers on execution.
- Visit clients
regularly for discussions, presentations, and post-order support.
- Lead and expand the company's
customer base across India
.
- Contribute to defining
sales strategies, forecasts, and targets
.
- Ensure strong
after-sales communication and support
for long-term partnerships.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent).
- 3–6 years of experience
in industrial sales, preferably with
valves, or control
