Job Description – Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities
- Create creative designs for social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, catalogues, advertisements and promotional materials.
- Design product creatives for solar inverters, solar energy solutions and other company offerings.
- Develop creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Design company presentations, product presentations, corporate profiles and marketing collaterals.
- Create graphics for exhibitions, events, dealer meets, product launches and internal communication.
- Develop infographics, icons, illustrations, diagrams and data-driven visuals.
- Edit and enhance product images, photographs and marketing visuals.
- Maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines, fonts, colours, layouts and visual identity.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, HR,



Product and Management teams to understand creative requirements.
- Convert concepts and briefs into qualified and engaging visual designs within deadlines.
- Create short-form visual content, reels, animations and basic motion graphics where required.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.

AI Tools – Hands-on Experience Required

The candidate should have practical experience using AI-based creative tools, such as:
- Adobe Firefly – AI image generation, generative fill and creative editing.
- Midjourney / DALL·E / similar AI image-generation tools for concept development and visual creation.
- Canva AI / Magic Studio for creative generation and rapid content development.

Required Technical Skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Canva
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects will be an advantage.
