Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and execute ongoing commercial building development projects. The role involves end-to-end site execution, coordination with contractors, and ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle construction and development of commercial buildings (new & ongoing projects)
- Supervise day-to-day site execution activities
- Study and implement drawings, layouts, and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Prepare and verify BOQ, estimates, and material planning
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and workmanship standards
- Track project progress, timelines, and cost control
- Resolve on-site technical and execution issues
- Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation

Skills & Technical Requirements:
- Strong experience in commercial building construction
- Good knowledge of RCC,



finishing works, MEP coordination
- Ability to read architectural & structural drawings
- Hands-on experience in site management and contractor handling
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel
- Understanding of safety norms and construction standards

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in industrial / commercial infrastructure projects
- Can handle multiple development works simultaneously
- Practical, site-oriented, and solution-driven approach
- Good coordination and communication skills
