1. Group Finance & Financial Management
- Overall responsibility for finance and accounting functions across Group Companies.
- Review financial performance of individual companies as well as the Group.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts and financial projections.
- Analyse revenue, profitability, margins, expenses and working capital.
- Provide timely MIS and financial analysis to Management.
- Identify financial risks, leakages, cost overruns and opportunities for improvement.

2. Cash Flow & Fund Flow Management
- Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly cash flow and fund flow statements.
- Plan availability and utilisation of funds across Group Companies.
- Manage working capital requirements and liquidity.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for fund requirements.
- Monitor receivables, payables, advances, loans and other financial commitments.
- Ensure timely escalation to Management regarding any anticipated cash-flow shortage.

3. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic revised forecasts.
- Conduct budget vs. actual analysis.




- Analyse project-wise, company-wise and department-wise costs.
- Identify unnecessary expenses and recommend cost-control measures.
- Monitor project profitability and financial viability.

4. Team Management
- Lead and manage a Finance & Accounts team of approximately 12 members.
- Allocate responsibilities and establish proper reporting systems.
- Review work performed by the team and ensure timely completion.
- Develop SOPs, internal controls and reporting mechanisms.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Ensure coordination between Accounts, Taxation, Treasury and Management.

5. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Overall supervision of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC and other statutory compliances.
- Review tax workings, returns, assessments and notices.
- Coordinate with external tax consultants and statutory professionals.
