- Ensuring Banks and Branches TPP targets are timely achieved.
- Designing various schemes/fortnights for business achievements in co ordination with Banks Management and Insurance / MF companies.
- Conducting lead generation event at branch level
- Processing applications, collection and banking the insurance premium amounts.
- Reconciliation of Commission received vis a vis business generated and ensuring timely receipt of commission
- Providing expert advice to the clients that suits their needs, they must be guided well and ensure that they have the appropriate coverage in place to protect their interests and assets.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by handling the inquiries, complaints, and providing excellent customer service
- Managing policy administration, including policy issuance, endorsements & timely renewals.
