Roles and Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on industrial equipment and machinery in the field.
- Conduct site visits to identify issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support for product installation, commissioning, and training.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during all aspects of service operations.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in field service engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment/machinery operation, maintenance, and repair principles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a rapid-paced environment.
- Familiarity with vacuum pump systems and ability to troubleshoot common issues.
