Process Head – Partner Help Desk Department: Partner Support
Role Overview The Process Head – Partner Help Desk owns end-to-end partner support operations, ensuring high service quality, strong governance, and a seamless experience for brokers and agents. This role drives process efficiency, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement while scaling support operations in line with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own partner support strategy and service delivery across calls, email, and digital channels.
- Define and govern SLAs, TATs, quality metrics, and escalation frameworks.
- Lead root cause analysis and drive process, system, and experience improvements.
- Act as the primary interface with Product, IT, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Lead, develop, and performance-manage Partner Help Desk teams.
- Drive adoption and enhancement of partner portals and support tools.




- Enable sales and distribution through proactive partner communication and insights.

Skills & Experience
- Robust leadership experience in operations or partner/customer support.
- Proven capability in process design, governance, and performance management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making skills.
- High ownership, partner-centric mindset, and execution focus.
