Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Brand & Marketing Manager to lead our brand-building and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, increase customer engagement, and drive business growth across retail and digital channels.

The candidate should have strong experience in brand management, digital marketing, social media, campaign planning, retail marketing, content strategy, and marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and strengthen the company's overall brand identity and positioning.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail, print, outdoor and other relevant channels.
- Develop and manage the social media strategy, including Instagram, Facebook,



YouTube and other platforms.
- Plan promotional campaigns for new launches, festivals, offers, seasonal collections and retail events.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, photographers, influencers and other external partners.
- Oversee development of marketing creatives, advertisements, videos, catalogues, promotional materials and other brand assets.
- Develop and manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including performance marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing and online campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports and ROI analysis.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Work closely with the Retail, Sales, E-commerce and Business teams to support revenue growth.
