- Work measurement by MOST Study/Time Study
- Conduct Method Study and Implementation of Lean Manufacturing Process
- Productivity Measurement, Monitoring and Improvement Projects
- Plant Layout and Material Handling Improvement Projects
- Assembly Line Balancing
- Tools and Fixture Design
- Workplace Improvements




- 5S & Kaizen Implementation
- Cycle Time Reduction by Implementation of fixture & Automation
