Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager (BDM) with strong experience in selling laptops, desktops, workstations, and related IT hardware/solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in new customer acquisition (hunting role), meeting sales targets, and managing end-to-end sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Growth
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers for IT hardware products (laptops, desktops, workstations).
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, corporates, SMBs, and enterprise customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Product & Market Knowledge
- Maintain strong understanding of IT hardware brands (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.).
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.

4. Sales Cycle Management
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing negotiations.
- Manage entire sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for delivery, support, and billing.

5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate sales reports, funnel updates, and forecasts.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management.

Key Requirements
- Mandatory IT Hardware Sales Experience (Laptops/Desktops/Workstations).
- Proven experience in hunting roles and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities.
- Good understanding of OEM products (Dell/HP/Lenovo/Apple).
