- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Generate and identify potential business leads through various online and offline channels.
- Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Support the business development process and help achieve company growth targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, and daily activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of recruitment and business activities.
