About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Meta Ads Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram using Meta Ads Manager
- Define audience targeting strategies and build custom/lookalike audiences
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions
- Develop A/B tests on creatives, copy, and ad formats to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with the content and design team for compelling ad creatives
- Generate campaign reports and provide actionable insights
- Stay updated with Meta advertising trends, algorithm changes,



and best practices

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience managing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
- Solid command of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
- Knowledge of performance metrics, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
- Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion funnels
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising, or a related field preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
