Prānaa
is building a healthcare ecosystem spanning Functional Medicine, Longevity, Regenerative Medicine, Corporate Wellness, Telemedicine, Executive Health, and new models of healthcare delivery.
We're looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial
Business Associate
who can work directly with the founders and help turn these new verticals into scalable businesses.
This is not a desk-based marketing role. You'll be expected to
research, strategise, meet people, build relationships, sell, follow up, and execute.
What You'll Work On
- Drive
sales, outreach, and business development
for Prānaa's healthcare verticals.
- Build relationships with
corporates, hospitals, doctors, medical associations, institutions, and ecosystem partners
.
- Support the growth of our
Corporate Wellness
and executive healthcare programmes.
- Help take new verticals such as
Prānaa Reset Week, Telemedicine,
Virtual Consultations, and Prānaa's expansion models
to market.
- Research potential markets, partners, customers, and new business opportunities.
- Build presentations, proposals, partnership models, pricing structures, and sales collateral.
- Manage lead pipelines, outreach, follow-ups, meetings, and conversion tracking.
- Attend corporate meetings, conferences, association events, and networking opportunities on behalf of Prānaa.
- Work directly with the founders on
sales strategy, go-to-market planning, partnerships, and business expansion
.
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives required to generate qualified leads and strengthen Prānaa's presence.
Who We're Looking For
Ideally, you have:
- MBA / PGDM or equivalent management qualification
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Consulting, Partnerships, Growth, Healthcare, or Startups
- Robust communication and presentation skills
