Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and strengthen our brand across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, audience engagement, and current digital trends.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content calendars, coordinating content production, growing online communities, and tracking performance to achieve brand and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Manage the brand's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars.
- Plan, write, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.




- Develop concepts and strategies for reels, stories, carousels, static posts, and short-form videos.
- Write engaging captions, social media copy, hashtags, and campaign content.
- Research industry trends, competitors, audience behavior, and emerging social media formats.
- Identify trending topics, sounds, formats, and content opportunities relevant to the brand.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and other team members to execute content.
- Manage social media campaigns, promotions, launches, and brand initiatives.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and overall community engagement.
- Build and maintain an active and engaged online community.
- Track social media metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, followers, and conversions.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Continuously test new content formats and strategies to improve engagement
