Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate telecalling/sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain projects, properties, pricing, and offers to clients.
- Follow up with leads and schedule site visits.
- Maintain customer records and achieve calling/sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant telecalling/real estate experience.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi/English/Marathi proficiency preferred.
