Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating business, managing prospective clients, conducting site visits, and converting qualified leads into successful property bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, references, networking, and market activities.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and understand customer requirements.
- Pitch relevant real estate projects according to the customer's budget and preferences.
- Explain project specifications, location, amenities, pricing,



payment plans, and offers.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
- Build rapport and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, meetings, and other communication channels.
- Identify customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings.
- Update lead status and customer information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and post-sales activities.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers and generate referral opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and stay updated on current market trends.
