Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee lifecycle, compliance, and HR operations. The candidate should have solid organizational skills, discipline in execution, and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities (KRA Key Result Areas)

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with consultants, job portals, and internal teams for timely hiring.
- Maintain high conversion ratios from shortlisted candidates to successful hires.

2. Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
- Conduct joining formalities, induction, and orientation programs.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and exit processes including FNF settlements.

3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance




- Monitor attendance, leaves, and work schedules.
- Assist in payroll processing, salary disbursement, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity).
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies.

4. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling
- Organize employee engagement activities to build a positive workplace culture.
- Address grievances and support disciplinary procedures.

5. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate HR records in HRMS/CRM.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly HR performance metrics.
- Prepare reports on recruitment status, attendance, and compliance.Role & responsibilities
