Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to manage Business, People & Customer Experience and drive overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Management
- Achieve Store Sales Target & Growth vs LY.
- Monitor Conversion, ATV, UPT, Footfall & Category Performance.
- Drive team productivity and brand staff contribution.
- Analyse daily/weekly sales and take corrective actions.

People Management
- Manage manpower deployment, productivity and performance.
- Conduct daily team briefings and regular selling/product training.
- Ensure attendance, grooming, discipline and team engagement.

Customer Management
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards.
- Drive Customer Data – 360°, repeat customers and customer follow-ups.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Store Operations
- Ensure Stock Accuracy, VM, Floor Presentation & SOP Compliance.
- Monitor stock availability, replenishment and shrinkage.




- Ensure timely MIS, reports and operational checklists.
